Team Workshop (6-9 pm)
Team workshop to set teams up for success
This 3-hour workshop (6-9 pm) is designed to get your team on the same path for the season. Facilitators Lena West and Allan Wood will cover topics such as: Forming a Team, Team Dynamics, Strategy and Tactics, Goal Setting, Game Preparation, Communication, Weight Control and Signals.
COST is $10/player. PAY ON THE DAY OF THE WORKSHOP (cash only please).
