Workshop for current and aspiring skips and thirds

This Full-Day workshop (10 am - 4 pm) will cover all aspects of the game. Topics include - Forming a Team, Team Dynamics, Strategy and Tactics, Goal Setting, Game Preparation, Communication, Weight Control and Signals - with an expanded on-ice component.

COST is $10/participant. PAY ON THE DAY OF THE WORKSHOP (cash only please). Bring your own lunch & snacks.
